Hanging on to numbers in certain cases may cause more harm than good, let's look at the following example: if it is said that 95% of people who drown are wearing bathing suits, would this mean that if we stopped the sale of bathing suits we would eliminate a fair number of drownings…of course not! But, if you where trying to sell a product such as a home and that you had access to only 20% of potential buyers it would be more than probable that you would be depriving yourself of the potential of getting a much better price.
